I have this KB link to fix this issue but i can not ask SAN admin to Reconfigure the storage attached to the ESX host so that the total number of physical paths to storage is limited to 1024.

Its a PROD cluster . Please tell me how i can fix this issues . ESX  going to  unresponsive state and has to reboot them .In unresponsive state

  • An ESX/ESXi host is not reachable via the network with the vSphere Client.
  • An ESX/ESXi host is not reachable via the network with ping.
  • Virtual machines running on the ESX host are not reachable via the network.
  • vCenter Server reports the host as Not Responding.
  • The ESX/ESXi host does not respond to local commands or input at the console.
  • Pressing Alt+F12 at the console does not switch to the VMkernel log display.
