Fusion won't enter full screen mode

Hi,

I've been running Fusion for several years (currently running 4.1.4).  For some reason, I can't enter full screen mode - it just blinks, beeps and returns to unity or single window (wherever it was before).  It is installed on an iMac running OS 10.8.2.

Any ideas?
