Hi all, I've just recently completed my 5 day VCP training course based on vSphere 5.0. Although I've been using vSphere since 3.x days and feel quite confident with it, I'm still going to spend the next 4 to 6 weeks (2 to 3 hours a night) going through labs and training material as judging from the forums posts people are still failing even with a lot of hands on experience.
My concern is that by the time I take my exam, the 5.1 blue print will be released and I'll start getting questions about SSO and VDP in the exam. Is there anyway I can "lock" in a 5.0 exam? I don't want to sit down and take the exam in 4 to 6 weeks only to find out my 5 day training (which I spent thousands of dollars on) was for nothing.
Surely VMWare doesn't expect people to go through training again?
