Duel Monitor Setup

I am using Fusion 5 with a duel monitor setup. My 21.5 IMAC is the main computer monitor, and my 24 Toshiba is the secondary.

I want to open my Windows 7 programs with Fusion 5 and use them on the Toshiba. While being able to us the IMAC at the same time. Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction as to how I can do this?
