Partition Misalignment on SLES11

It seems that the appliances I produce have partition misalignments, causing problems on some SANs. I use Studio 2.5 with partitions on the 100GB system disk specified in the Hardware tab as 256Meg, 8192Meg, and 2048Meg.  When the appliance is created, I see that there is a misalignment of these partitions as shown here (+).

Is there a way to override how Studio sets up the partition creationg for SLES?  Thanks, CJ
