Scheduler that will load screenshots?

hello, im new to vmware workstation. just a simple question, is there a way where i can schedule vmware to load screen shots at specific times?

for example.

1:00 Am - load screenshot 1

2:00 Am - load screenshot 2

3:00 Am - load screenshot 1

4:00 Am - load screenshot 2

5:00 Am - load screenshot 1

6:00 Am - load screenshot 2

and without the warning saying that are you sure that you want vmware to switch to this screen shot.
