Not sure if threads exist on the same, I didn't even Google out of lazyness. But the best place is here, I thought to buy the precise solution.
Question: VCB as we know looks into macro level of the hardwares and infra (out-of-thebox) to meter and bill them, provided we fill in the costs for them.
How about applications that would be installed on the VMs of an environment? I could see options until Guest Operating System level. What if I install Adobe, Norton or any other legally licensed products in a VM and would like to show their prorated, fixed and consumption in the billing reports? Could someone help on the feasibility check? If yes, how abouts would be even perfect.
Thanks,
Jay.
