vCenter: Win 2008 R2 x64 (its a VM)

Domain Joined to: OldSkool

My primary account: OldSkool\JugHead

My other account is in domain: HouseOfPain

My second account is: HouseOfPain\JarHead

All Vcenter services are running on local accounts.

ESXi: 5.1 799733 (2 Hosts in a cluster)

This goofy as heck.

I can RDP to the vCenter Server using my domain credentials OldSkool\JugHead fine...

From within the vCenter Server in the RDP session, I can connect with vSphere Client with OldSkool\JugHead fine...

From my pc, I can connect to vCenter server using vSphere client with OldSkool\JugHead fine...

I can RDP to the vCenter Server using my domain credentials HouseOfPain\JarHead fine...

From within the vCenter Server in the RDP session, I can't connect using my domain credentials HouseOfPain\JarHead!!!

I get "Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password."

From my PC, using the vSphere Client to connect to the vCenter Server, i put in my domain credentials HouseOfPain\JarHead, I get "Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password."!!!

So one set of creds works but the other does not, but they can both RDP into the vCenter Server. weird, I know...

Both accounts ( OldSkool\JugHead & HouseOfPain\JarHead ) are in the local administrator group of the vCenter Server and the vCenter Server is joined to the domain "OldSkool". Both accounts were added by group and explicitly added. There is a trust relationship for both domains.

Any ideas? This has me stumped big time!
