My Service center has mentioned the difficulties they have remote controlling the desktops. They use VNC for the thin clients, but in the Monitoring/Remote Sessions view the Client ID field shows what looks like the uuid of the thin client.
Is it possible to change the value in the column to have the DNS name of the thin client there instead of the unwieldy uuid?
