Color of the Virtual Appliance Console Window?

Has anyone run across where the "blue-colored" screen for the virtual appliances is set?  I'd like to change the color for a special-edition appliance so that OVAs that come from Development will have a different color than OVAs that come from the Production group. I imagine this could be as simple as setting an RGB color value in a file someplace (hopefully?).
