how to create testing virtual machines with ip addresses different from my VLANS

I am new to Vmware

 

Lets say my Esxi servers ip is 192.168.1.5.

I want to create two Testing Virtual machines with ip addresses 171.15.170.6 and 171.15.170.7

 

These two virtual machines should communicate with each other and they should not communicate with 192.X.X.X network.

My client sitting on 192.X.X.X subnet  how can he access these virtual machines.

do i need to create some NATing if i need to create do guide me.

Do i need to create a vSwitch and then portgroup.

 

Please do guide me
