Unity issue with Office appliacations

Hi All,

I've got a probalem that is really annoying me to no end.

I'm running fusion 5 with a vitrual machine running windows 7 and office 2010.

I run in unity mode most of the time, and when I click new, reply or forward in outlook the windows display behind the main window all the time, which is really quite annoying.

Is there a setting somewhere to change this?
