I cannot get my Vista virtual machine to start up. I've installed VMware fusion 5.0.2 on my MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 10.7.5 with 4GB. I used the Migration Assistant to migrate my PC over to the Mac. The PC is a Dell running Windows Vista Home Premium Service pack 2, 32-bit OS. The first time I installed the migration assistant on my PC, it could never connect to my Mac even through ethernet. I had to reinstall the migration assistant on the PC again. Finally worked. Now, my Vista virutal machine will never start on my Mac. It will temporarily flash a bluescreen for 1 second, then show a black screen saying Windows failed to start, run start up repair or start windows normally. Of course, the start up repaired cannot automatically fix the problem. I managed to get a screenshot of the bluescreen. It gives a code STOP: 0x0000007B (0x80599BB0, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Can anyone please help? I wasted 3 days trying to get this to work!
