Hello Thinapp Community,
I am hoping you can help me out on this. So recently we had a network outage for about 20 min or so. When everything came back our customer started reporting issues with our Thinapps. Mainly Adobe Reader. All out thinapps are set to run from a network share. The error that you get was
"This is not a valid Windows application"
And nothing would happen after that. Not only that but it seems that the file associations were gone as well. My fix for it was to just have everyone that was effected log off and back on. This resolved the issue but now my management wants an explanation on what really happened and how to avoid it in the future. I explained to them that there is not a way I know to protect us from this and as for my fix that was the only way that I can see to fix it.
Can anyone offer another solution/explanation? Figured I would cover all my bases here and ask the experts.
Thanks
