In vFAD 5.0, when I add New Cloud Provider and then add 'Template', the result for 'Get Templates' does not return any templates from Public Catalogs.
Public Catalogs and its vApp templates are accessible for tenants through vCloud Director interface, it is when browsing for Cloud Templates during creation of new cloud provider in vFAD comes out blank.
In the logs on vCD, I see the following error:
