report name enhancement

I've done some searching and haven't found an answer to my request.

I'd like to append the $my_time and $system_name variables to the report output.

Unfortunately my programing skills aren't exactly great.

Any suggestions on how I would accomplish this?

Maybe this would be a possible feature request.
