Unable to acess VM ware machine from other system

Hello,

i have a VM Ware machine as Windows server 2008, i have created the Webserver.and im accesing that webpage only from Host machine.

But i want to access frm Outside machine also using the Ip Adress which i have aasigned to my webpage.

Please Help me..............
