no heartbeat PSoD

I am getting PSoD's when no VM's are running. All KB's that mention 'no heartbeat' messages say turn off vmkernel.boot.usePCC but that was turned off by default and I don't see it listed in the Advanced Settings after I updated ESXi.

 

Also, no power management settings are enabled in ESXi or in the BIOS.

 

Any assistance in deciphering the screenshot of a recent PSoD is greatly appreciated.

 

 

Running:

VMware ESXi 5.1.0

1 x Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz
