I already post about a network problem on WS 9.X.X.
Unfortunatly with no solutions.
I read many other post with more and less the same problem, unfortunatly no solution for those too.
Today I want post some images related to network setup, just to understand what's different in v9.X.X.
My host is W7 x64
My virtuals are XP and W7 x86/x64, does not matter the problem is the same.
In virtual network setup, (image"Virtual network setup") , I assign:
VMnet0 Bridged wired phisical card
VMnet1 Host only
VMnet2 Bridged wireless phisical card.
If I open any virtual machine on VMWorkstation on setup (image "Workstation setup") I can see correct selection on my VMnet2.
If I open same machine from VMPlayer on setup (image "Player setup") I can see something strange.
Is this normal?
In previous versions this problem (if this problem) was not present.
Any comments?
Just to be onest this doesn't change final result, indipendently if I start from WMWorkstation or WMPlayer on virtual machine VMnet2 doesn't work.
I hope this could help to understand problem, because I'm not the only that has problems on network configuration on VMWorkstaiton V9.X.X.
