Shutdown Script for virtual vCenter 4.1?

Hi all,

I have been doing a lot of research on scripts or commands to shutdown my virtual environment. I have 2 concurrent hosts that, in the case of a power failure, I would like to have an automated shutdown process. I am currently running vCenter 4.1 and the vCenter server is virtual. Some of the scripts that I have found have required a physical vCenter server to avoid shutting itself down during the process. My first priority is to find a script that works and test it (off hours). Once I have a script that works, I will begin looking into triggers (like UPS utilities).
