Error installing VMWare Tools on Windows 2003 Svr

Hello,

I'm using VMWare Workstation 9.0.1 build-894247 under Win 7 x64 and and trying to install VMWare tools into a WIndows 2003 Svr Standard guest but keep getting the error 'Error 1335 The cabinet file 'Toolbox.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used...' The Win 2003 install is SP2 and has all the latest updates from MS, I've gotten this error multiple times.

Any suggestions ?

I didnt have any problems installing/updating the VMWare tools for other Windows guests that I've recently installed.
