openSUSE 12.2 custom kernel 3.8-rc5 compile problem

hello,

i am using opensuse 12.2 with a custom kernel version 3.8-rc5 but i cant compile vmware modules. i obviously cant install kernel-headers from repository cuase i am using a custom kernel. what can i do to compile the modules for vmware workstation 9.0.1? logfile attached
