Crash with PSOD - SAN related?

I´m having a strange problem with one of our customers. We´re using a server (with the following specs) connected to a Dell MD3220 (connected via redundant SAS cable). Sometimes, VMWare crashes with a PSOD requiring a hard reboot.

This doesn´t seem to happen at a specific time (it happens either during high-load times and during the night, when I/O is teduced to a minimum). I believe it is not related with server load, but a specific cause.

Could you please help me figuring out why could this happen.

Please note:

- I´m using VMWare ESXi 5.1 however this also happened in VMWare ESXi 5.0.

Hardware:

- Asus RS724Q-E6/RS12

- 32GB RAM

- 2x Intel Xeon 5675

- Dell 6Gbps HBA (supplied with SAN)

- SAN: Dell MD3220

Software:

- ESXi 5.1 (Free)

- No VCenter used

- VM´s running CentOS 6.3 with VMWare Tools installed and updated.

Thank You,
