Can't use HDS-PXU2 USB2.0 HDD on host when WS9.0.1 was installed

I installed Workstation 9.0.1, then I couldn't use  BUFFALO HDS-PXU2 USB2.0 HDD on Host OS too.

Workstation 8.0.5 can use it on Host OS (but this HDD can't use in Guest OS).

Host: Windows 7 x64 SP1 (no USB 3.0 interfaces)

But I found the way to use it on host.

Stop "VMware Workstation Server" service and then auth(launch Password.exe) the HDS-PXU2, it can use on Host OS!

After auth, "VMware Workstation Server" service can start.
