vm to lun id number

Hi All,

I am looking to obtain vm name to lun id number with output to csv.

I'm looking for this output:

VM                         LUNIDNumber

-----                         --------------------

VM001                   3

VM002                   1

VM003                   2

...and so on.

There are a lot of scripts out there that can list LUn number to ESX, but I am looking specifically for VM to Lun number.
