anyway to bypass authentication for dashboard?

I found it is possible to open a small dashboard via direct URL, for example:

http://contoso.com/vcops-custom/generateBusinessServiceHeatMapsTreeMap.action?width=408&height=476&defaultIndex=0&userPageWidgetId=187

I want to include this small dashboard in a public page, does anybody know how I can use the direct URL with a particular user permission.

I tried following link, but the page still redirect back to vcops login page.
