Port Mirroring

Hi all,

I have a VM running Win Server 2003 on ESXi 4.1.

I've been asked to add another NIC to the VM - which is coming from a mirrored port on the switch (the mirrored port has confirmed as working ok).

However, when I run a wireshark trace on the VM listening on that NIC no traffic is being received - I have plugged the port into a physical server I have and wireshark sees traffic ok.

Are there any settings I need to know about on the host or VM side for the NIC that I have missed to allow it to receive traffic from a mirrored port?
