Trying to migrate a Physical workstation to VMView pool

I have Host A

- Holds VCentre and controls my VMView settings

I have Host B

- VMView workstations

I'm trying to add a new workstation to my VMView pool.  It's a physical machine and trying to migrate it to Host B.  When I use the VMWare standalone Converter it tells me that  "Access to resource settings on the host is restricted to the server 'x.x.x.x' which is managing it. The access to the host resource settings is restricted. Use the management server as a destination."

So far I can't get the workstation to migrate to Host B.  I can do it to Host A but have no way of migrating it to Host B.
