I am a new user -- non programmer -- just need Windows on my Mac for a job.
I have been unsuccessful in installing Adobe Reader or Flash (for java).
McAfee is turned off.
I tried installing both once, following the standard screens. Neither program was installed. When I try now I get "only a single instance of this application can run"
However nothing is listed on Control Panel/Programs and a Search returns nothing.
What am I doing wrong?
