I just upgraded one of our vCenter servers from 4.1 to 5.1, and we can no longer view performance charts. Clicking the Overview tab produces the error "This program cannot display the webpage." Clicking the Advanced button generated an error that "Performance data is currently not available for this entity."
Attempting to view the charts from the Web Client gives an error that "Performance Charts could not be loaded."
I have done some research on common causes of this error, and C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\tomcat\temp did not exist, so I created it, but that didn't resolve the issue. The Tomcat logs don't seem to have been updated since the upgrade, so perhaps Tomcat is failing to launch.
Has anyone seen this issue?
