verify snapshot revert?

Hi all,

I have a test environment and have a VM (win 2008 R2), and a snapshot taken for the machine when it was in its original state. Some testing is done on the machine and after the test is finished which goes for several weeks they ask me to restore the mahcine. I revert back the Vm to the snapshot but how do I verify that the Vm has reverted back..?
