Hello all, seeing if somebody can help out with this. We have automatic reports configured to send out on selected days of the month, but they never do send out. So in the meantime we have to manually export the results until we get this worked out. On our side we have SMTP relay configured for the subnet Usage Meter is running on, but see this error when the report apparently attempts to run:
Error creating or sending the monthly usage report <compname>_UsageData_12_2012 DetailedUsageReport to <emailAddress>: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: <SMTP_IPAddress>, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
Any assistance is much appreciated. Also, we are currently running 3.0.2. Thanks
