Capacity Planner data Collector offline

Hi all,

     I had installed data Collector in customer environment，but the machine can't access to internet.

     I'm not onsite work, so I can't sync data everyday .

     I want to run data Collector one month in customer environment, then to register the Collector on Capacity planner Dashboard ,sync the data to it.

     Does it will works? who can help me?
