Increase IOPS for a Single VM

Hi All,

Not sure if these possible. I have a ESXi 5.0 installed with 15 VM's running.

and one of the VM has huge latency , people access the application installed on that VM continously and due to these the VM is too slow.

I have checked the VM got enough CPU and Memory, now how can i increase the IOPS speed for these VM compared to others, so that when i copy data from VM to anyother network pc, the copy speed and disk read/write speed should increase.
