I've a little question

So, i follow this tuto verify the problem i've this version of virtual center 3.5 update 2 build 103908 so it's the one affected,i've download the patch ESX350-200806812-BG
That i want to now is how can i install it because i don't understand anything at the install tuto.
I've tried tu put the package on my esx, put it in a directory named patch go in this directory in command line do : rpm -U VMware-esx.............. .rpm
the package is installed i reboot and when i do esxupdate -l query i can saw this line :
Wrong or duplicate package versions:
VMware-esx-vmx-3.5.0-110181 (should be 3.5.0-103908)
VMware-hostd-esx-3.5.0-110181 (should be 3.5.0-103908)
so what can i do ??? if someone got an idea .....
