Unable to use second NIC on VM's

I am running VMware Workstation9 and I am setting up a ESXi 5.1 setup

VM1 - Windows 2008 - Acting as a DC and NFS Storage
VM2 - ESXi 5.1

I have added a second NIC on VM1 and VM2 for IP storage but I am unable to PING vice-versa

IP Address:
VM1 - 198.168.150.10 SM: 255.255.255.0
VM2 - 192.168.150.11 SM: 255.255.255.0

vmnet2 is used for Management no issue with this vmnet3 is used for storage traffic but no communication possible

Any Suggestion?
