Replacing Current Switches and General Config

We are currently in the process of replacing our current switches used for iSCSI/vMotion.  The original config of how things are arranged and connected is pretty bad, and I wanted to fix this.

I would like the iSCSI/vMotion Switches to be completley segregated from the network ( accept for an outbound management link).  With the ports in the vSwitches used for LAN connections in the VM's and management of the host, being connected directly into our network.

I have iSCSI and vMotion segregated by vLAN's, not tagged on the vSwitches themselves.  So I have the switch ports set as access ports, with the correct vLAN assigned to the port.  This seems like a fairly simple setup to me and should work fine.  I have attached a diagram to help visualize what I'm doing.  The old diagram is currently how things are configured... I would like to eliminate the trunks going from the iSCSI switches to the rest of the network, and with the new switches simply connect them together.

Please let me know if anyone sees problems with this, as this is my first foray into setting this all up, and it's different than how it is currently, so wanting to make sure it is a sound idea.

Thanks in advance
