new in vmware,error can not open parent vmdk.help,edit vmdk.file,please

Please I have error message  about : can not open parent vmdk.

Please can some one  help me? the virtual disk file name i wan to EDIT is="fr_windows_7_ultimate_x64_dvd_X15-65928-000026-s001.vmdk"

And do you thing that the extent description  is suppose to be:

Or

Do you thing that my vmdk.files is corrupted?
