instaling esx 5 on virtual machine -help

hello,

i have win 7 64 bit on i7 with 8 gb ram

I installed(on virtual machine)  esxi 5.1.0,and  when i  click right click on  VSPHERE  on the the host name I do not see the options "new cluster" ,

i try to Create  a cluster

please help me :-)
