One external nic on ESXi 5.1 and one VM

Hello!
I have a dedicated server that has a single network card with an IP address from the data center. Installed on the server ESXi 5.1.
And also deployed VM, which I need to publish to the Internet through the IP address. But because the ESXI host uses this IP address, I do not quite understand how to do it?
