Our provision vApp workflow works 90 percent of the time however the other 10 percent the intilization script fails with an error "TypeError: Cannot read property "name" from null (Dynamic Script Module name:getAllOrgvAppNames#7) The error also only appears to occur when accessing a vapp tempalte from another organization
