ESXi5 Switch Configuration

Good Afternoon,

I would just like to clarify the best way to configure the management and vmotion networks in ESXi5.

Basically, is it okay to create a virtual switch as below:

• vSwitch0: 2 Physical NICs (vmnic0 and vmnic1)
  
• 2 Portgroups (Management Network and vMotion VMkernel) - (both on different vLANS)
  
• Management Network active on vmnic0 and standby on vmnic1
  
• vMotion VMkernel active on vmnic1 and standby on vmnic0
  
• Failback set to No
  

Or is it best practice to create a separate vSwitch purely for the managment traffic, and a vSwitch purely for the vMotion traffic?

Any advice in respect to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
