Operation failed to load vmdk file

Hi friends i am using Vmware workstation 7 with host system as windows 7 and guest system as Windows server 2003 and the system details as follows.

windows 7:

64 bit OS

4 gb ram

Vmware workstation:

32 bit

vm memory - 2gb.

I am using with this environment for the past one month but from yesterday onwards i am getting the pop up erroe message like opeartion failed to load vmdk file. so for that i am getting scared and googled for this problem but i didn't get any solution for this.

For solving that i have disable windows deffender and increase the virtual memory size but even i am getting the same error after starting vmware and i didn't allow to work on the machine due to hanged.

So here i am attaching the error image below please find and do some helpful.
