Logging of calls by non-customers/non-agents in a retail environment.

Hi All

How can I allow anybody to log a call in Infra without having a login id and not need an email address?

We want general customers in our stores to be able to log a call in Infra, and immediately get a call number, without having to save their details or them having to log in to the system.

I am looking at using Webservices to create a website that can do this but wondering if they’ll block each other when using this at the same time. (like you can’t be logged in on 2 different machine without the other getting ended.)

 

Any ideas?
