How long does it take to get the VCP status confirmation

I passed VCP5 on 12/21/12 and received a confirmation email on 12/26/12. I completed the tasks as directed on http://www.vmware.com/accounts/training.html but I still cannot access the VCP portal.

I have written a few emails to certification@vmware.com but so far the issue has not been resolved. How long does it really take to get it all sorted?
