Hi Experts,
I am not able to install the VM workstation on my Win7 laptop.
Let me summarize the issue for better understanding:

1) I recieved my new laptop and had installed this VMWorkstation 9 full version and it worked fine.
2) I uninstalled it after a week and installed the VM Oracle VMware.
3) Followed by again I tried installig VMWorkstation 9 but it throws me an error and I lost all my data which was availble on my c drive.
So I would like to know:
1) Is this known issue?
2) How do i re-install the VM Workstation now? I tried 2 times till now and it didnt succeed, also i lose all my data including files on desktop,pst files, favorites.
3) Do I have to re-image the Win7 or is there any alternate method to get this installed.
Anyhelp would be appriciated.
