Missing datastore rebuilding RAID

I have an IBM ThinkServer runnning ESX 4. There are 3 vitual machines installed on it, one of which is the active directory and file server.

The Windows server at some point in the day became unresponsive, after pinging and so on with no luck. I went to the ESX server, I was unable to login because after I typed the username, it sat there for a long time and didnt give the prompt for the password.

I then for reboot the ESX machine then notice some message about the RAID. I entered the RAID util and it did a Rebuild.

After all then, the ESX booted up and I then noticed that all the VMs were "Unknown"

I then checked the Storage (on the configuration tab) to find that one of the Datastorage is missing

I have searched all over the net and even in these forum but nothing I try helps.

Here is what I have tried so far

At this point, I dont know what to do and really need someone to point me in the right direction.

I dont want to loose that data that is there and would love to get this up and running again.
