ESXi5 VM with 12 nics 3 intel VT quads

Hi

I am setting a little lab.

I have esxi 5 installed, and I have 3     4 port Intel cards.

all is working with hardware .

I want to assing all 12 ports to 1 VM.

I might not be doing this the correct way..but..

It seems if I create 1 Vswitch per Port  I get an error Maximum allowed is 10.

Any workaround  I can do, since this is just a lab.

I need all 12 ports to be seperate from each other as they will be connecting to real switches.

My VM must show 12 NIC .
