vcloud database import ?

Hello,

The cell-management-tool has an option that allows to export all tables from the vcloud database.

This is described in the documentation and an explicit  example is given here (browse to the right line)

I am curious to know if this dump may be used to reinitialise the database. In other words, can we restore vcloud database with a dump produced with  cell-management-tool dbextract ?

If not, what would be the utility of this command ?
