Unable to connect to the vCenter Console

I had originally started this question with THIS POST.  However, it suddenly occurred to me that I had left out pertinent information.

When this problem happened, I had been attempting to correct an issue regarding my environment's vMotion IP Addressing issue.  I stupidly wasn't paying attention to what I was doing where and changed the virtual NICs on the vCenter machine.

Now I can't connect to that machine (VM), I can't ping it, but all of my OTHER VM's are fine and up.

The only bright side to this is that it is a pure dev environment and no one else is using it.  That being said, I still need to get the DevVCS machine back up so that we can connect to the vSphere/Virtual Center console.  How do I do this?
